Age: 30 This woman had lipodystrophy to the flanks after weight gain and pregnancy. A multi-procedure approach was utilized to achieve her new aesthetic look. After careful analysis, a surgical plan was formulated to include liposuction to the flanks and waistline, as well as a tummy tuck to remove excess skin. In addition, repair of the abdominal wall fascia which had been stretched out by pregnancy was performed.
