Age: 47 Height: 5’2 Cup size before: C Cup size after: DD Left implant size: 535 cc Right implant size: 535 cc This is a 47 year old women who underwent an implant exchange combined with a breast lift wanted to correct drooping and deflation after breastfeeding her children. The patient says she was a natural C cup with good fullness before having children. She was a B cup and complained of being saggy. Friends happy with their outcomes referred her to board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Sam Sukkar in Houston. In her case, Dr. Sukkar discussed the options for breast lift and implant exchange. He said that a vertical mastopexy (lollipop scar) with breast implants would produce the best results. The patient chose silicone gel filled breast implants because of the more natural feel. The implants were placed in the subfascial plane to avoid contraction distortion with the chest muscle. Dr. Sukkar used 535 cc Ultra High Profile implants. The patient went from a C cup to a DD cup with good elevation of the nipple in a more pleasing position and she is happy with the outcome.
